Looking for Land

One of the tasks ahead of us is to find the right place to build - to "rest gently upon the planet". Farmland is desired. On a hillside. More than 750 feet above sea level (don't ask ME why!). Wooded with 20 or 30 acres tillable. With water. Not toooo far from main roads, but fairly quiet and secluded.

Some considerations will also include zoning and local building regulations, etc. At this point the search goes from central Pennsylvania to eastern Pennsylvania. We are looking for about 100 acres. We want a minimum of 30 to 50 acres of woodland. And, of course, the ability to link to the Internet!   ;-)
