PEACE TO ALL WHO ENTER HERE

  • ORA - pray with us in the chapels, the center of our life. (Still building them but you can sneak a peek at the beginnings) ;)

    EMAIL your petitions and we will join you in prayer.


  • LABORA - work with us in shops and barns, fishery, woods and fields. The Holy Rule asks that all monasteries be self-sufficient, so monks have studied the arts of tending animals and earth for centuries. There is also a pottery, a spinning and weaving shed, and a wood shop. The Cellarer oversees the business dealings of the community.       Join us as we grow flowers and food in the cloister gardens, and prepare food and share it in the Refectory.

    The corporal works of mercy are feeding the hungry, giving drink to the thirsty, clothing the naked, visiting the imprisoned, sheltering the homeless, visiting the sick and burying the dead. Perform some free (!!)corporal works of mercy while you surf!

  • SCRIPTORIUM - the place of studies (the Scholas: chant, music, homeschooling), libraries (many types!) and writing. Includes the webmaster's desk (all you need to know for weaving web pages!).

  • OTHER AREAS OF OUR HOME - We hope you will share the family fun and holiday delights in the Community Room.

  • Medical and mental health folks will find much of interest in the Infirmary

  • Take a look in our Gift Shop.  nothing for sale, just lots of goodies to download!
