December 8, Immaculate Conception

The Holy Hour of Grace This is a very powerful devotion to our Lord and his Blessed Mother. On Dec. 8th, the feast of the Immaculate Conception, make a Holy Hour before the Blessed Sacrament between noon and 1 P.M. I know this may not be possible for many but I do not doubt that God will hear our prayers if we pray at work. Begin the Holy Hour by praying Psalm 51 three times with arms stretched out (like Jesus on the cross). Psalm 51 is also known as the Miserere and is a psalm of repentence. After that just spend the Holy Hour however you like with your prayers of petition, thanksgiving, etc. That is all that is to it. For some reason God responds to this devotion!
